Same Day Repairs
We provide same day service on most repairs, If we are not able to do same day service, we will contact you via e-mail or phone and explain in full detail the nature of the problem in further details. We believe in the grandma rule as well which is treat everyone like you would your own grandmother.

Right here at KC Electronics we don't do this to get rich but rather do it more because we enjoy working on electronics. Like a old saying goes if you feel like it's a job then you get bored and don't want to do it but if it is something you enjoy doing it's not a job but rather a hobby. We do have military and First responder discounts and completive pricing.
High-Quality Parts
The parts we use for all repairs are from the manufacture in some cases we have to use aftermarket parts for repairs but we quality check all parts before releasing back to customer. in some cases, we will use used parts to help the customers that are on a tight budget.
